We manufacture both 2 1/2 inch and 4 inch caps for fire hydrant use with two sizes of pentagon nut.  Our caps are also known as; nozzle caps, hose nozzle caps, hose connection caps, steamer nozzle caps and  pumper nozzles caps. 

  • 2 1/2 inch Fire Hydrant Cap

    The 2 1/2 inch caps can be ordered with two different sizes of pentagon nut.  See pictures below:

                                                                                      

    2 1/2" Cap with 1 1/8" pentagon, four radial ribs,                        2 1/2" Cap with 1 3/4" pentagon, four radial ribs,

    and NST threads (7 1/2" threads/inch)                                          and NST threads (7 1/2" threads/inch)
            

     

  • 4 inch Fire Hydrant Cap

    The 4 inch caps can be ordered with two different sizes of pentagon nut.  See pictures below:

                                                      

    4" Cap with 1 1/8" pentagon, four radial ribs                             4" Cap with 1 3/4" pentagon, four radial ribs
